  1. Fast for 6 hours every week during the change of the moon

  2. Meditate for 11 minutes at least 3 times per week

  3. Attend biweekly teachings on Zoom or watch/listen to the recording 

  4. Attend annual 10-day intensive in Damanhur (to be discussed)


As often as possible;

  1. Ritually bless each meal before we eat it 

  2. Ritually bless the objects in our home 

  3. Participate in the Damanhur solstice and equinox rituals by using the "ritual at a distance" instrument.

  4. When possible, it is important to celebrate the solstices and equinoxes together as a group.
